Just wondering how fast is WNW on getting orders out . I placed an order 5 days ago now and haven't gotten any e-mails yet and trying to get in contact with some there is like pulling teeth ......

One thing to remember is that it's summer holidays at the moment in New Zealand, and a lot of businesses will have been closed until at least mid January.
