I like Steve's point about having "options"; "stash management" then becomes another consideration in the Hobby. No different then changing Scales as I and others have done and YES, there's certainly a large measure of "lack of control/can't help it" involved from what I see! Factors such as wanting a Kit before it goes OOP to buying a second to do a better build on the next try are big around here. Watching the Stash grow and scheming on what to tackle next are all positive parts of this, and having "options" adds to the pleasure. The old expression "the man who has the most toys when he dies wins" is so true!
Bottom line IMHO is don't worry, be happy, relax, and just enjoy it! ;)
