I agree re the oil paints - and the best bit is, if you don't like the effect, you can wipe it off & start again! :)

    I've somehow missed this until now Chris. Beautiful work, a Model to be proud of and pretty fine results for your first WWI subject! I really like the results you achieved with the oils on the fuselage. Hopefully you've another WWI subject in mind; try you favorite with the WNW Brisfit Kit before it gets sold out, it's a wonderful kit.

Well the WNW stash us rather large, a few to get on with!

Guy, I can be found mostly up to FL85 over the North Sea, either in and around Shetland, or down off of the East Anglian Coast....
