No worries, Tim.  I need to check out your stuff too.  I miss it.

Here are some progress shots of my attempts at spoke wheels.  Worked ok though not perfect.  Good enough for the girls we date...as I'm fond of saying.  There are 72 spokes from pulled sprue/wheel with 36 on each side.  The hubs are 3/32nd aluminum tubing and you can see the jig I made to get things rolling.  Once only 16 are in, it's strong enough to pull out of the jig and do the rest jig-free which makes it easier to do the pin-point gluing needed.  They are strong as the dickens so will easily hold up the machine.  The rim is from 1/16th balsa and the outer tire shape is from paper/cardboard.  The tires are a bit thicker than designed in the kit, but I think they were a bit anemic anyway.  I like them.
