Great job Bud!

Love those anchor points! Wish Wingnuts would do those. Genius.

Very nice! Will keep my fingers crossed for successful rigging. ;)

Btw. Mc Leod - is that the pilot who landed his burning aircraft while standing on the wing?

Cheers

Ondra
Thanks, Ondra!  Yep, that was McLeod.  A very tough and very brave youngster.  Only 18 at the time.
Cheers,
Bud

Beautiful job Bud! She`s quite big isn`t she?  ;)
Only just slightly larger than a Pup (in 1/32 scale).  ;)

Cheers,
Bud

Terrific progress Amigo! One thing I like about your PC 10. In one photo it looks greenish but given different lighting it is Chocolate! Perfect PC 10  8)

Thanks, Amigo!  I like it, too.  It's Humbrol 155 right out of the tin.

Thanks, Guy!  I would love to see WNW use these, as well.  They're standard with all the Copper State plastic kits.  Really makes rigging a lot easier.

First two rigging lines intalled.  Did I say I love this kit?

So my favourite part has just begun for you, Bud! Great progress mate!
BTW lovely Pup you`ve got there. I think you`ve chosen one of my all time favourites schemes for your Puppie ;) ;)
When it comes to the size of the kit, I have no kits in 32nd scale so it`s quite large for my standards ;)
Best regards
Filip

Looking great Bud! I have a question about the PE rigging points How are they secured? My fear has always been that when I put tension on the line the bond would break. One reason I haven't started my SPAD 7 using the Eduard PE.

Thanks, Filip!  I think I would've made greater progress if I hadn't started the Pup.  Or maybe not.  The Pup is a very easy build and it helps relieve the stress of the more challenging aspects of this kit.
Cheers,
Bud

Thanks, Rick! I can't speak for the Eduard SPAD pe, but this stuff is beautifully designed and the struts actually hold them in place.

HI Bud:

Just went through your build log on this kit.  Top notch work Bud; interior is nicely done and looks complete, paint work is nice and smooth, like the color as well; I will have to get a tin of that.  Too bad you can't see your engine, but I like the "finished" look of it all buttoned up.  It is kind of an ungainly looking airplane, but still a neat one.  Will be following along as you complete the project.

Thank you, Mark!  Sorry to be so late in responding, but I've spent nearly every free moment working on this baby and finally got her finished.
Here she is.  More in the completed section.

I love this kit!
Cheers,
Bud
