Thanks guys for the positive feedback !

Not much progress , but still a step forward in the right direction none the less . First round of weathering is done on the landing gear and wheels . My attention is back on the engine with painting more of the details and a start with the weathering .

Do you added the drain pipe on the landing gear leg or was this part of the kit?

Frank , I removed the kit details and added brass tubing with the brackets made from left over PE parts and added bolt details with sliced hex rod stock .

Sorry for the late reply Stephen , thank you for always sharing your words on encouragement .

It has been awhile since my last up date , then again time hasn't been spent in front of the bench either . With the week endend off and taking a few days off from the consoling site . Time is need to dirty things up a bit and for me to gain my sanity back the second round of weathering is done waiting the third after a sealing coat is applied . Lead wires and push rods with a wash finish off the engine . Chipping was added to the nose as well .
