That exhaust is beautifully rendered to say the least!

I am getting caught up on this build.  I saw it on FB and thought: "What a neat scheme."  I didn't know the Germans used a scheme like that, but; after reading the thread I see it's Danish and the colors of the Danish Flag.  I bet you are glad you redid the stripes.  It looks pretty darned cool and I know hard it is to mask and paint stripes; very nicely rendered and an interesting scheme for the HB to write the least.  Too bad all of the neat detail work on the engine is barely visible.  Looking forward to seeing the next update.

Very good work, Gary.
The stripes are great and the engine plus it's exhaust is very nice done!

Kudos on the re-paint.
Sometimes that relegates a model to the never to be finished pile , glad to see that's not the case here.

Cheers Steve.

Continuining with the weathering using oils (wings are dry fitted to make holding the fuselage easier)...

Cheers chaps  :)

Floats are fixed to the fuselage....

A few touch ups and a little more weathering on them before moving onto the wings.

Beautifully weathered airframe and floats! Looks outstanding on the floats.
