Wow Frank, I have only just found this. If this was done with unimproved skills, what will you achieve now? I would not mind having your unimproved skills - they would be enough for me!! Wonderful modelling.

Stephen.

Thank you Giuseppe, Gaz, Ondra and Stephen for giving such kindly feedback!

Ondra, this Camel is very small for me, but for you it is twice the size you need!

Rick and Stephen, a word regarding my skills.
Modeling was for me a hobby for long time, but in the RC heli world and other areas.
Some years ago I started to build static display models, build a wooden stage coach in 1:10 for my wife:

Also the 1:8 Fokker Dr.I, and then I was fascinated by the brass stripdown models and started to solder those kits in 2014.
After seeing a nice collection of colorful WWI biplanes in a museum I moved my interest even more in that direction, so I finished in 2015 my first serious plastic model: the DFW T28 Floh.
Since then I built 6 models a year, so I have now 20 models in my glass cabinet. When I compare the Floh to the last Nieuport 17 or the Lebed VII then I think I have learned a lot from you guys here in the forum (and other places in the internet) in the last 3 years (or 18 models later) about colors, airbrush, decals, wheatering, scratch work ...  And this was lot of fun!

Due to special circumstances I can't work on my projects at the moment but I hope, that this will change soon.

Cheers,
Frank

Outstanding work, Frank.
Such fiddly things are way too small to handle for me.

That stagecoach is boss!
There are only two states to be in:  Queensland and blotto.
