Like yourself I too have had a break over summer and now am returning to the bench. I don’t think I’ve seen a Fly kit built before so will follow this with interest. Nice start so far.

Nice to see you back at "work" Terri, the summer was great however, as we both know as neighbors, typically short here in the Great, soon to be white, North! Enjoy the joys of a seven month Build Season and dress warm!! ;)
Cheers,
Lance

Thank-you guys for the kind comments and the welcome back . Feels good to be back at the bench once more .

Lance , yup the cold weather is coming , just no snow in the forecast .

Toby , this is the second Fly kit for me and it is not a shake and back style . None of the cockpit parts lined up and their was a fair bit to trimming those parts down . Other the that it does have not bad detail

This weekend progress is going rather well so far . Fuselage halves and tail feathers are glued up . I did have some filling to do . Lower wings have been pinned as well as the flight controls for added strength . These parts are ready for primer and the next stage . Now it's get the struts cleaned up and ready for paint .

Thank you guy , your comments are much appreciated . Work continues with the clean up of the rest of the parts and I should be priming this weekend and start on decaling the wings .

Coming along nicely Terri. I'm assuming this will be on a par with your Siemens-Schuckert so looking forward to the next update!

Thank you Ian and Stephen  8) Here's too hoping that it is on par with past builds . It has been a while since I did a string bagger and feel I'm a little out of practice . Primer is on and for this I used Tamiya gloss white sprayed very thin building up the layers . This time around I didn't do any per-shading on the wings . The microscultp decals are solid colours so any shading won't be seen .
