I think this one deserves some sort of special award.  I think it's the most amazing (or REALLY close to the top) model of any plane (WWI or II) I've ever seen.

A true masterpiece with such delicate precision.

Lovely and inspiring work, Prze...

Much envy,
Dan

A perfect model, Przemol!
A great tribute to the effort made by Richard and the others to make it become real

Congratulations on a very fine looking model Przemo!
I don`t agree with the statement that it`s your best model  ;) I have some other personal favourites from your collection...

Best regards

That is a simply outstanding model Prez. I especially like the base to set the model off: it includes some interesting information about a period of history of which I know very little. Thanks for the information and even more thanks for an informative and interesting build. I always like your logs - there is just so much to learn from them.

Stephen.

I do not agree, either. But, hush, hush, Filip, do not tell anybody ;)

Let me share with you my great joy. This weekend I took part in a modelling contest in Łask, a home of 32nd Tactical Aircraft Base, the contest was held in the base itself. I submitted my Balilla to the Aircraft 1:32 class where it was easily not only the smallest one among several 2WW single-seaters but also virtually dwarved by spectacular Zoukei Mura He-219, Tamiya Mosquito, or diminished by scratch built Avro Triplane pre WW1. When I saw this competition I was not too optimistic. But then it turned out that judges liked it, Balilla was one of 3-4 commended models in this class. But then it also got a special prize for the best model from fellow modellers from Inowroclaw Modelling Club, a few moments later - the special prize awarded by the Commander-in-Chief of the Base for the best model in Polish markings and to make me completely stunned - the small Grand Prix for the best aircraft model in the show. You bet I will long remember this modelling weekend...
