I received my order from Proper plane today of an Axial Prop and REXx exhaust for my Albatros DV.

I also have attached the Machine Guns and some other bits and pieces to both the DV and DIII OAW. Photos of the latter this weekend.

Small update. I installed the Spandaus on both the DV and DIII OAW. Also added a few pe and other bits.

PS: I was experimenting with black as a background. The comments on FB have convinced me to go back to white or light blue  :(

I don't mind the black.  But in a hobby where more light is desired to see stuff, I can see their point.  Nice looking birds, both.

I'm curious, is it a trick of the light, or has the fuselage of of the D.III a little sunken behind the number 19 on the starboard side?

Keep up the great work!

Truly outstanding work, as always, Amigo!  The black doesn't detract from the beauty of these two, but like I said on FB, a lighter background will make your fantastic work show up a little better.
Cheers,
Bud

Great color schemes. I like the black background because some of the colors really pop out. Thanks for posting

Thanks Gaz I appreciate the comments and feedback on the background. No sink in the fuselage that I can see. If there was I wouldn't be too worried as these birds had a lot of wavy stressed skin after a period of use  ::)

No work this week so should have several worthy updates  8) I added the Landing Gear and REXXx exhaust. Started doing some minor weathering but not really visible yet.
