Cool look of all the WNW details, together with your build, the nice leather and wood painting and your additions. This will be a nice Sopwith machine at the end!

Cheers,
Frank

Bud that leather coaming looks real! I just do not understand how some of you fellow modellers can achieve such realistic finished for natural materials!

Excellent "fix" on the Vickers bud. Looks great!

As does the rest of your Pup.  :)

Thanks so much, guys!  I apologize for the late response, but the Voss F.I just sort of took over.
I have made some progress.  She's now a biplane!  Finally!

Start rigging tomorrow.
Cheers,
Bud

Looks even better as a Biplane Amigo! I don't remember so... Did the Stars come grouped on a clear backing or were they applied individually?

My o my that really is a dfiferent colour scheme. That model will really stand out in any collection - the more so as it is being made by a master builder.

That's too cool, Bud. Normally I prefer Western front schemes as I only do planes in combat. But this bird simply looks so amazing that I could imagine to change my mind. Simply beautiful!

Thank you all for your generous comments!

Rick and Ed, the stars are all individual decals, which is actually kinda cool as you can arrange them any way you want.  The ones that you can see in the photo of this plane, I placed as close to the original as possible.  The remainder were placed in my favorite constellations.
She's nearly finished now.  All rigging is completed and all that's left are the Holt flares and nav lights.

These were nicked from the RE8.

Should have it all wrapped up tomorrow.
Cheers,
Bud

That is most definitely an eye catching scheme, to put it mildly! Beautifully executed too, it will certainly stand out.
