You'd think a Spad XIII would be a license to print money, but Sir Peter remains a Francophobe.
He does/is? Tell that to his original Hanriot HD.1!

Yep, lovely, KZ, absolutely lovely....but I want a small, unpainted plastic one.

Did you see huberlu's striking Voisin 10? We need a Voisin 5 or 8/10 in 1/32!

Oh guys I'm officially allowed to tell you that the Fokker D.VII Early uses exactly the same plastic as the Fokker D.VII (FOK), however the Early boxing has updated Photoetching and different decals (Obviously) David Johnson will compare the two P.E sprues from the Early and the (FOK) D.VII and will confirm if you can build the D.VII from the same kit. This is very good news for those that missed the first round of D.VII and wish to build the D.VII (FOK).

Like most of us I welcome the release of this kit. I don't particularly need another D.VII as I've got 3 of the 4 original kits, but this new release will allow all sorts of variations both early & late to be built. Couple that with the existing aftermarket accessories / decals and it results in a huge array of possibilities. Hopefully the availability again of a D.VII will encourage even more aftermarket goodies to be released.

Regards
Russell

That reads rather like an informed suspecting, Lance...(it's your exclamation point)....you know something we don't know? C'mon, come clean.

I Don't know why they don't do an Albatros D-III.  At one point during the war, it probably was flown by
over 50% of all German fighter units.  It was literally the Me-109 of the First World War.

Doug,
No inside knowledge here, more so the tendency of Wingnuts to follow on the heels of TVAL additions. That and a bit of wishful thinking perhaps, an HD.1 would be most welcome!
