beautiful work all around Jorg. That stitching just tops it all off nicely! I wonder if it can be done in 1:72.....

That stitching is incredible Jorg. I had to really work at getting it done to an acceptable result in 1:32 Scale on my recent Nieuport Build, you've pulled it off masterfully in a smaller scale and it looks perfect, nicely done! She's looking like a real winner already.
Cheers,
Lance

Thanks for the great idea on the stitching.  You showed that it can be done.

Hi, friends, another little update

PE on engine nacelles added and prepainted with Alclad steel, engine cowling Alclad alu:

the injection moulded engines are pretty good, you don´t need any aftermarket parts

push rods and wire have to be added

started with struts (oils):

Just a little progress; I painted the engine cowlings with Tamiya XF 60 (as Filip did) and tried to simulate some
scratches caused by the Mediterranean Sea at St. Raphael naval air station

And then I couldn´t resist and made a dry fit of the wings - it is unbelievable, there will be no jig necessary!
Excellent fitting, congrats to Edgar and CSM!

Very well done weathering on the cowlings! The positive fit of the upper wing reminds me of WNW.
