Really great work and an awesome recovery after an accident. And I am deeply impressed by your pictures, these look really authentic!

Great work, Dave.
Sometime it needs a missfortune to get an outstanding result. I think now you like your Rumpler more as if it was just standing on the ground.
Love it.

I did exactly the same with my Rumpler Dave - and the same colour scheme- you've brought back bad memories! But mine went in the bin - well done for a recovery. I didn't have the patience...

What a fantastic disaster. I do not fancy the crash scenes but always admire those who can make them look real in modelling. This one is a good example. Congratulations!

Without reading your notes I would have thought that you had planned this from the start. Building and modelling any crash scene is extraordinarily difficult in my opinion - that you have achieved such a convincing model is a tribute to a truly outstanding - nay exceptional - modeller.

Exceptional work on this one Dave - nice to see how you worked it into the completed diorama.
Cheers,
Gary

Now that is a prime example of when life hands you lemons ...make lemonade! Just my opinion of what makes a master craftsman is what do you do when mishaps occur? How do you recover? Well done! My hat is off to you! I hope I can learn from your example!
