Xmas stash
« on: December 26, 2016, 08:44:12 AM »
A couple of things I bought myself for Xmas...

The portable hobby desk is a necessity as the modelling desk I tried building myself was very wobbly and had to be chucked out after much annoyance and cursing, while the airbrush is more of an extravagance that I'm hoping will give me a good base coat.

Woof!

Very practical Jim and enjoy the airbrushing. My airbrushing skills are still somewhat limited but I just love the finish that can be achieved.

Best wishes
Nigel

Hi, Jim, this portable modeling-desk looks very interesting to me, as I have no real man cave for me alone in our house. Where is that desk available?
Joyous days! Richard

Hi Richard - I found it on eBay from an AU-based shop. Here's the link:

The shop appears to sell to o/s buyers, but the p&h cost might make it a less attractive purchase for you (it is a nice, sturdy portable table though).

Regards

Jim

Hi Nigel - My airbrushing skills are pretty limited too, though I'm hoping this airbrush will give me a better application of base coat than using a spray can!  :)
