Marc,
Wow, these are really awesome armor models. I love the way you weathered them, especially the Mark V. And I love the way you painted the Masterbox figures, very very nice! One of the next kits in my stash is the Takom Mark I female in Flers 1916 colors.
Best wishes

Thank you! I'll post pics as soon as I'll start (sadly can still take a while - other projects in the line, but it's next in the queue of the Not yet started kits). I didn't decide yet which one to do. I purchased some Penguin (?) decals and there's plenty of choices. BTW did you use the MB resin correction set for the driver's compartment? I heared that the Takom one was too narrow.

hallo... no i not use the resin kit part for my Mark I , my model was  already finished.. :-\
thank you to remember this.
this part is from MR Modellbau from Germany ,Takom used the same piece as the Mark IV and its to narrow.
wen i make the Mark I , i order this from Mako Modelbau Germany, i meet them on several modeling fairs,
next year , i have to wait in March.

MR not MB, yes I meant this. I met this friendly guy from MR models (it's a one man company) recently at a model show and so I got this part. Before we talked I didn't even know that there were some millimeters off on Takoms driving cab  ::) I am not that tank specialist, I just love the outlook of these beasts and the challenge of weathering them properly. And these Takom kits look awesome when built... My plan was to build the mark I in September-November 2016 for 100th birthday, but I am simply too slow with my aircraft projects...

Hi Marc,
very, very nice tanks, perfect weathering and great presentation.
I like the Whippet most, you did it with complete interieur? Great.
Modeling fair in march? Do you mean Lingen(Heiden)? If yes, we could meet there.
See you,

hoi Borsos
i understand this, i am  also for models with more reality
don't rush the plane models ,easy step at step.

Hi Manni  thanks  i'm not a professional.
the interior was scarthbuid , from evergreen plastiek , and  pieces in my stach.
the picture was taken at Oktober in the Netherlands SMC Veldhoven, i got brons with the Whippet, the competion there is high standard..from all classes.
Maybe i go tho Lingen but i am not sure yet , it takes place on the 25 - 26 March.
i let you know.
