Thanks, Chris and Mark!  I'd love to see what you do with the D.I, but I'm really jazzed about your AEG project!  Now that's very cool!
Cheers,
Bud

Excellent work on the Camo Amigo! The Mister Kit colors are really nice, especially in 1/48th.

Bud,
Those Mister Kit colours are really spectacular, she's going to be a real beauty! Having just finished the "Fee" I'm thinking about my next project; might have to launch an "Albie"!
Cheers,
Lance

Thank you, Ernie, Rick, Lance and Scott!  I like the Miter Kit paints, but having trouble finding more.  I will probably switch to Drooling Bulldog for my next Albatros.
Got the fuselage base coat on, pre-shaded and glossed, in preparation for the wood grain.

I'm using Uschi and have applied the first piece to see if I like it.

More soon...
Cheers,
Bud

Just wonderful! I love your wings and fuselage painting!
Will you leave the decalled fuselage as it is or will you add some filters to the wood tone?
And do you already know, if you'll use the kit wheels or are you going to use replacements?
Kind regards
Andreas
