Hello Des, Brad and Mark,

These beautiful Camels are another example that great modelers can accomplish magnificent models with any kit or in any scale. Many congratulations.

Kind regards
Patrick

Looks great Mark! I have the same kit, and I'd like to get to it sometime. How did the decals behave for you?

Lindsay

Hello Lindsay:

Decals went on just fine, settled right down for me.  I just wish I had checked references rather than trust the instructions.  I still like it.  It is the Revell 1/28th kit scaled down.

Thanks for stopping by.

Wonderful Camel, Przemo.  How did you do the woodgrain  on the top
deck and cockpit side.  It looks amazing, my friend!

Cheers,
Ernie :)

Thanks, Ernie.
The wood is my standard approach - airbrushed base (Pactra Mid Stone), grains painted with brush (a mix of Mid Stone and Brown), then several thin coats of airbrushed Clear Orange.

Prez if I didn't read the title I would swear you ventured into the giant scale! You are the master of 1/72nd scale in my book!

In total agreement, Prez's Camel would be superb in one of the larger scales, but in 1/72nd - absolutely jaw-dropping.

Here's mine (Eduard) in the much more comfortable 48th scale:
