Glad to be of help Sasho  :)

Lovely detailing and super weathering work on the nacelle. Quite dramatically photographed too if I may say - I really like the way you've done that, very enhancing.

Hello,

and thank you for the good words!

It is time for a new update, after the engine and the fuselage I painted the wings, those things are big and have a lot of struts and bits. I have the external details PE freat and intend to use it. SO I removed all the applicable details from the wings and painted them with Tamiya and Mr.Hobby Color acrylics. There were several layers with different shades of every color for variability. A gloss coat, the decals and a semi gloss coat followed.
The struts (not shown on a picture) and the tail frame followed, painted again like the cockpit with oils over acrylics. Speaking for the nascelle, I decided to scratch some minor details as an exercise. I think those turned good.
I also started the rigging preparation and in the following days the real rigging will commence.
As usual any comments, question, reccomendations or constructive criticism are most welcome!

Best regards,
Sasho

Good to see you back at the bench Sasho  :) Those wings have come up well and that's some very nice detail work there too.

Looking forwards to seeing you get to grips with that rigging

Wow! Sasho, the new fittings for the Nacelle are just beautiful!
As nice as the kit molding is, you have taken it to a much higher
level.  Great job of the wings and of course, your wood treatment
of the boom bits is superb.  Dandy update, my friend!

Cheers,
Ernie :)
