Sopwith Pup 1/3 scale flying model
« on: December 12, 2012, 07:12:24 PM »
We are in Australia and we are building flying WW1 model aircraft to Commemorate the WW1 years.

Below is my build forum for the construction of a Sopwith pup.
I hope you find the building techniques useful and interesting

Scale RC has always fascinated me. WWI lends itself so well because the construction is proto-typical and they look realistic in flight. Nice work and great looking shop!!

Amazing craftsmanship.  That Pup is huge.  And gorgeous.
Cheers,

Very impressive; that's real super detail! I echo Steve's envy of your shop, looks like a good place to spend quality time. Was that tail section I saw in the background a Lancaster? Whatever it is, the rest must be huge!
Cheers,
Lance

  GeeBee / Dude,
Outstanding work my friend on both the Pup and Tripe. I love all those beautiful details. Thanks much for their build links too. I hope you'll share more of these magnificent projects with us.
