MustHave 1/24th Sopwith Camel
« on: October 14, 2015, 01:12:01 AM »
Don't know if anybody has seen this:

https://www.hannants.co.uk/product/MH124001

I've had a quick look in the "What's New" section and couldn't find any mention of it. Don't know if its a new mold or a rebox.

Hope its of interest to somebody,

Nick

Thanks for drawing attention to this, Nick, although goodness me it seems a poor beast. That fabric stitching along the fuselage just looks awful, and as for the wing ribs...!!

Best wishes
Nigel

I think of a better name for the company should be "I'll think I'll pass" models.  ::)

Thanks Nick for the link to this model, not for me though, I am not a Camel fan and a quick look at the model shows quite a few issues, at £90 I would expect better.

My thoughts exactly, after a bit more checking I think somebody has identified it as an old Contact Resin kit

If I want a Camel, think I'll wait for the wingnuts one.
