Observation Balloons

Another silly question; does anyone manufacture any models of observation balloons? If so, what scale, name of manufacturer, etc would be appreciated.

Roseplanes made some 1/72 vacuform kits of observation balloons many years ago. They were nice, but really hard to find these days.
