Morning all;

The first update on the Fee, I've been working on the wood in and around the cockpit, it seems to be never ending.

As usual any comments gratefully received.

Cheers

Pete.

I'm watching all of these FE.2b threads intently, awaiting the arrival of my kit. From what I'm seeing it looks like a daunting undertaking as there appears to be so much detail to paint. You have a sharp, clean looking build coming along here Pete so don't get exasperated and start to rush things. Leave that pitfall for me.  ;D

Cheers,

Chris

Thanks for the votes of confidence guys, don't worry Chris I'm not rushing things but I will warn you now when your kit arrives you will find about a Kilo of plastic in the box.  ???

Cheers

Pete.

nice start Pete, compared to the Albie how long do you expect this build to be. I rfancy getting one of these as well because I've been impressed with the builds I've seen so far, but I reckon this is about a 5-6 monther.

Have you decided what to do about the bit behind the pilot seat.

Cheers Gary

Hi Gary, this looks like a long build, I've been on it for 11 days now and I'm still on page 1/2 of the instruction book, but there again I don't rush along with my builds, how long will it take? I honestly don't know, but go for it, get one, there's about a Kilo of plastic will land on your doorstep with hundreds of parts.

Good luck

Cheers

Pete.

. . . there's about a Kilo of plastic will land on your doorstep with hundreds of parts.

Mine just arrived, along with a copy of The FE2B Flies Again! and you're not kidding. The part count looks quite daunting. It certainly does look exquisite though.

Cheers,

Chris

Hi Gary, I see N.C.S.E. has put the bit behind the pilots seat ok in his build, I wonder what he did?

Cheers
