Welcome aboard Stuart. That's a great first post. For heavens sake don't join the Fokker DVII group build will you mate? The competition is stiff enough as it is.  :)  ;)

That's absolutely incredibly nice work Stuart. You've arrived with a lot of talent, can't imagine a couple of Builds "down the road"! Beautiful Model!
Cheers,
Lance

Stuart,

I would never believe had you not said, that this was your first WW1 model aircraft - amazing workmanship on your Eindecker!

Hello Stuart and welcome to the forum:

Excellent job on this little kit, or that is one big pencil!  The swirls and the prop stand out nicely.  The shading and rigging all top notch.  Looking forward to seeing more of your work here on the forum.

Best

Mark

That's a great looking EIII, Stuart!  Boy, even though I knew it was 1/72 scale, seeing it next to the pencil was hard to get my head around!

Welcome to the forums.

You did a realy great work on this old Revell kit. Love it.
A model thrives on its overall impression and not on that every little disagreement over the original is hyped up as a disaster
