I'm on the final stretch now, the mechanic arrived in the post from Germany this morning, oh boy! what have I let myself in for with this, I think I'll take all my photos in black and white, then I won't have to bother painting it.  :-\

Cheers

That mechanic is a real beauty. The detail that Martin Hille managed with him is excellant. I happen to have one of those wee gents on the bench now as he receives minor cleanup before the prime coat. There are plans for his future too.  :)

He's going to be a great addition to your project.

Paddy

P.S. Black and white photos....hum. I knew you're one sharp bloke.  ;D

Thanks Dan, rigging finished, on to the last stages now.

Thanks Michael, the exhaust is a Tigermodels resin exhaust, sprayed with Vallejo Model Air Mud Brown (71037), then a light brush with MIG Pigments Ashes White and the end of the exhaust brushed with MIG Pigments Smoke.

Cheers

Pete.

Pete, do you seal the pigments or is it the very last step? Hope you’ll shoot a photo of the pigment area for us to see.
