With the Brandenburg D.I finished, it is time to move on with this project, I added a few detail to the fuselage and pilot seat.

You are doing an amazing job Ondra especially in such a miniature scale, the seat and seat belts are incredible.

Absolutely marvelous modelling in an absolutely micro-scale. One question, that internal rigging on the fuselage sides - is it pencil drawn or are there real lines?

Thanks for the nice comments, guys!

@Przemol: There is real rigging on the fuselage sides, I used the elastic fibre by Uschi van der Rosten (the extra fine one), I was surprised by myself how thin it is and that it is suitable even for this small scale.

Perhaps this attempt on the engine will turn out better than the previous ones...

What can I say? Just ASTONISHING detail in the scale you work in, and scratch built also!!

Thank you all for your nice comments, they are highly appreciated.

After test-fitting the engine under the cowling, I found out that only 3 cylinders will be visible, so I decided to cheat a little bit. Please do not tell on me. :) The push-pull rods and the intake manifolds are only on these 3 cylinders, the rest will be basically completely hidden under the cowling.

And a little progress on the interior, just a few details to be painted and I can assemble all parts and close the fuselage. I love the Nieuport XI for its simplicity in terms of interior equipment!
