FOUND IT! In my half dog eaten copy of D.VII in action It states its a Fokker built  plane flown by the Polizerflieger Staffeln in Paderhorn

BUT! its shown there as darker green and the doghead is red with yellow detail and a black outline. The starburst is Yellow. Quite different to the portrayal on the decal sheet. Which if either is right I've no idea.

Thanks Keith! Were the colors stated in the description?

I've found this online:

I'm beginning to think there is no solid confirmation of the manufacturer or the colors so I might have to wing it.

that's the pic out of the book I mentioned yes.  I couldn't find a photo anywhere, maybe some one else has a copy as  a lot of mine was doggilicios and I have a lot of half pages... :o

Of course the illustration is of a OAW D.VII to confuse the matter even more.

I have the whole ("un-dog-edited") book and the side Profile above with caption is all there is on the machine. I KNOW I've seen a black and white sketch of this Logo somewhere with some commentary  ................!!??  :( :-\

Careful Keith, next we`ll be asking one another if our vehicle keys have shown up!! On the subject of missing info I`d be very grateful to hear your thoughts on the question I`ve posed just below this one regarding Sachsenberg`s yellow and black DVII. In the interim I`m going back to a couple of less common refs to see if I can find our elusive other photo of the dog logo. :P
Cheers, :)

Mark, I am attaching a link to my enquirery on the Drome. If you cant access the link it basically says there is a picture in the Old Profile Pub on the DVII, Page 6.

There is a photograph in "Fokker DR1 and DVII in WW1"  by H J Nowarra.

The white Fin and the Rudder cross and lack of visible lifting handle may point towards an OAW aircraft.

I think that is what I'll go with Scott. I've seen a scan of the actual aircraft logo and it seems to be a really bright white instead of a dull yellow so I'm leaning towards believing the decals are correct too.
