Beautiful work, Jacek.  The blue underside looks really great with your preshading.
I always liked the chunky look of the D.XII, and you are doing a great one.
Looking forward to the next updates.

Cheers,
Ernie :)

The D.XII is coming along beautifully, Jacek.  What make of paint did you
use on the fuselage?  It is very nicely done, as well as the shading on the
tail. Well done! :D

Cheers,
Ernie :)

I use Humbrol:
green -  Humbrol 226
brown - Humbrol 98
mauve - 2x Humbrol 68 + 1x Humbrol 34
lower surfaces of wings - Humbrol 65

This is coming on wonderfully. I especially like the paint finish - the colours look very close to copies of originals that I have seen. Very good work.

Rudders and stabilizers remain white.
The upper surfaces of the wings I prepared to put decals:

Very nice start on the lozenge, Jacek. The Aviattic lozenge
looks very good.  Thanks for the update. :D

This is all coming together beautifully, Jacek and I can't wait to see the next stages.
