Lovely work Ernie, especially like the rich wood tone you've achieved. Like Ian I hope to do another Pup in the future, this one of yours may inspire an advanced time table!
Cheers,
Lance

Here's a little update, everyone.  Starting on the fuselage interior I painted it
with the CDL colour with Vallejo Wood for the framing.  The rigging wire is
EZ Line.

I installed the Fairleads to the fuselage for the elevator wires, made from 0.5mm tube...thanks for the help, Lance. :D

Meanwhile, I have painted the nose area with the Red colour as well as the start of the "wood" deck.
The chipping was done via the hairspray method over a base of Alclad semi-dull Aluminum.

Now on to the wings.  I started with a coat of Misterkit PC10.  After drying I masked the ribs and spars, then
a coat of Tamiya Xf-81 RAF dark green.  The last stage will be another light coat of the original colour to
blend things in better.

That's about all for this time.  Not the quickest build, but very enjoyable.
As always, comments and suggestions gratefully received. :D Thanks for looking.

Cheers,
Ernie :)

Fantastic progress, Ernie!  She's coming along beautifully.  I love the wing shading.

Hello dear Ernie,

Great update! Your paintwork is magnificent. I like your work on the tubing for the elevator wires. And your cowling color is very accurate. The wing painting and shading is top! This is a great build as usual my friend.

Kind regards
Patrick

Hello Ernie:

This is coming along nicely.  Like Lance, I like your wood tones, very rich looking and will certainly enhance the overall appearance of the cockpit as will the little details like the linkage and pulseometer.  Looking forward to the next update.

Best
