I have the Special Hobby 1/48 scale Roland D.VIb and am planning on building it in this scheme as I like something a little different and after seeing the Windsock article now have a good idea of the color of the original, should be a fun build and I will get to use the old school Micro Scale Foil adhesive to glue some aluminum foil to the underside as they did on the actual aircraft...  Will be a good conversation piece on the shelf with all of the lozenge covered D.VII's!

Good luck Dave. It certainly sounds an interesting piece of work.

Best wishes
