I ordered both the U.0 and U.III. I expect to use them in the future for a Fokker A.1 and Fokker D.III. Perhaps I will be able to use WNW parts too for these aircraft, but I expect to have to make the fuselages and wings myself. Will be a nice excersize. Now just waiting for the matching cowls made by Ron  ;)

Ivo

Finally FINISHED!!!!!
Usually I say almost finished, something goes wrong... This time I found mistake (maybe inaccuracy) in valves lifters - this "tongue" at the back seems to have wrong shape. I couldn't stand this inaccuracy, and I corrected it.

Of course I took some time... Ivo, Des, Bo... - please accept my apologies - You had to wait "little" longer for ordered products - I'll try to do something You will not regret :) Each time I'm trying to do as accurate model, as I only can. I can see progress from the time of U.I - crankcase has better shape, junctions of plates are visible, and lifters has better shape :)
OK, let see - brothers together:

My wife ask me to do one of them as a new, directly from manufacture. For me UIII is little unnatural, but is so shinny :)

Oberursel U.0 for me is painted as more realistic:

Thanks for watching, Lukasz

I promised this kit to Adam, so it will be done. Also Mercedes DIII and DIIIa (Andrew - it's good idea, this engines can be really striking!)

Absolutely stunning engines. It is well worth the wait and I'm not in a hurry. So don't be sorry Lukasz, it is just getting better. It will be quite a challenge to realise a convincing finish. I'm just a newbie at weathering and I have seen beautiful results here.

Ivo
