Something a little different made for a club competition titled Myths, Legends and Fairytales! Airfix's 1/72 Eagle lander and a film crew! Got the foil effect using tissue paper, PVA glue and paint. Turns out the Eagle lander is not black and white (like Airfix says) but actually aluminium with a hint of green. Quite good fun to make and went together quite well! Added a few extra metal struts to support the lander. Most enjoyable part was painting the backdrop to look like a 1960's sci-fi version of the moon.
