1/72 Airfix Fokker E.II

Just completed Udet's Fokker E.II using Print scale decals.   I really enjoyed this kit as it was easy  to assemble.

Rigging was with .004 stainless steel wire.  I used some of the PE from the aftermarket from Eduard.

I followed a You tube video of an Eduard 1/48 scale Eindecker for instructions about shading. Probably a bit overdone but I was happy with the final  result. Cowling swirls were made with a sharpened #2 pencil with future over it to prevent smearing.

The markings on the cowling are extremely well done. Excellent model.
