Spectacular modeling, Mike!
One question - do you observe any problems with wings hogging down (are they heavy? is your rigging structural?)
Hi PrzemoL,
The wings are solid 3D printed and the upper wing is made up of a centre section and two outer sections.
Internal metal rods are used to support the wings
Although not as heavy as cast resin would be, the wing span is long, like the BE2c.
The rigging is mono-filament so is more or less structural.
I don't recall it being there during construction, but there is a slight anhedral in the wings as you've probably spotted.
It could be due to a slight bow in the upper wing, or the lower wing support rods not being strong enough to support the upper wing/struts.
Most likely is I had added dihedral when fitting the lower wings, but probably lost it during subsequent handling and I never noticed.
Whatever, it's too late to correct now anyway,
Mike
