I have not been able to follow your build very closely, so I have just read through your thread as part of an attempt to catch up.

That is simply outstanding, especially with the pilot figure. The silver/aluminium finish and oil staining make that model look completely real - I could easily believe that it was so if it were in balck and white. Simply modelling at its very best.
