I have indulged in this Hobby for over 75 years and counting and have been a Moderator here for over 10 of those years. In the latter function I have often had to remind individuals of the primacy of enjoyment of the Hobby, mutual respect, and fellowship in our little group and rarely been disappointed in the responses. We are so fortunate to have some of, if not the very best, Scale Plastic Model builders on the planet on our Member's List. So here's a positive message from your first Moderator:
Given the foregoing I wish to express Thanks to our "mini micro ultra Braille Scale artists" who practice the art of Scratch Building in 1:144 Scale. I just read through the comments in the Build Logs of the latest projects underway on the benches of Ondra, William Adair, and MR Bentley and can only add that you succeed where I and so many of us dare not venture ...... what incredible and superb productions. Just when I thought I'd really mastered the Hobby with completion of a fully rigged Fe.2b in 1:32 scale William completes the same in micro form, after mastering the art of producing beautiful wire wheels in the same scale from his magic bench where a Jeannin Taube takes form. MR Bentley works at a Rolland C.II and Ondra, who's works have blown my mind for years on a Camel. My sincere compliments Gents, you do us all so proud and I just wanted to express my thanks and appreciation for sharing your work with us all.
Cheers,
Lance
