What a gorgeous little bird! It must be a great feeling to have brought it back to life through this model. I knew about RWD but never appreciated how many different types of aircraft they made until I looked them up online after you started this thread.

Thank you, Davos.
Yes, RWD was a very productive team. Models 5, 6, 8 and 9 are of course the most famous ones but not the only ones. I have built 8 some time ago (it is presented here in this forum too) and encouraged by fine quality of this kit  I have ordered 1 and 2, too and will be building them soon. But now, back to something WW1ish.  :)

And my brace of RWDs landed safely in the cabinet. I hope for more to come.

Great work Przemek, love your RWD-4. Congratulations!
My is waiting in Q, have build years ago the Lüddemann kit, but this one from Marcin is a great thing.

Prze, I'm curious about the scallop-shell emblem on the fuselage, I notice it's pointing up on one side, and down on the other. Shell gasoline? or a symbol of something else entirely...?

:-[ OMG... It is indeed Shell logo. And it is my mistake, it should be pointing down on both sides. How did I not notice it???

Very nice work, Przemol.  Up to your usual standards.  The upside down marking can be painted over at least.

Thanksa lot!
And I have already ordered the replacement decal - it will be corrected, I would not survive with this blunder!  ;)
