modelblaustudio problem

I sent in an order by e mail to modelblaustudio Rhein Ruhr a few weeks ago and have not got a reply. I don't know if they got it or not. Could someone let someone know about this? Thanks in advance.

Hi James,
You have to be very patient with Mr. Schorsch of Modellbaustudio Rhein Ruhr, as far as I know he handles all the chores of his business alone.
He sometimes replies immediately and then he may 'disapper' for weeks.
I usually send him emails from two different addresses, when he doesn't reply to one I try the other...

Just to make sure, have you sent the order to [email protected]?

I've actually tried to contact him (again) today about a delayed shipment of kits, when he replies I'll ask him about your order.
