Have placed many orders without problems.  Sometimes they are swamped with orders and it may take a little longer, but no issues at all (I live in Florida, USA). I take advantage of the free shipping with a 100 Euros order.  Regards, Juan

Yes you can. CSM are a reliable and trustworthy company. I ordered many times there and never was disappointed.

Just to chime in Here... I actually screwed up the payment process on My last order. It was shipped and then a very Polite E Mail stating I hadn't completed paying was received! Edgar is the Best!
