I love it.  That big engine with the small airframe just makes the definition of "toy-like".

What paint did you use for the linen?

Hello, Rick and thank you kindly.

The paint used is Revell aqua colour beige silk matt with a small bit of light grey mixed in to lighten the tone.   The Revell aqua range work great for brush painting - at least for me anyway!

I think maybe that it influenced Polikarpov with his designs. maybe not sure.

Podgy describes this bird well. This is a lovely build but having spent a long time (prior to the release of this kit) hunting down the vac kit, I'll stick with that one!
