Another incredible model and figures!! Please fill us in with paint brand, colours, etc.
Steve
Thanks Steve, and to describe how I painted the model would take a few paragraphs. I did write this one up for Model Military International for a future article, but to summarize I used Tamiya XF-22 RLM Grey, and lighter variations, splatter screens, pastel chalks and oil paints to weather it. Lately I’ve been adding that dampened mud look to my models by carefully applying X-22 gloss to the adhered pastel. I have quite a few pre-thinned Tamiya acrylics kept in old film containers or their used jars which come in handy when reaching for something quick that’ll work.
The figures are done with Vallejo acrylics, and I’ve invested a fair bit of coin in building a large selection of those to choose from. Although I must have over 100 different colours from their line, I get most things done with about a dozen of the basics

Cheers,
Gary
