Kagero-Book about the polish Fighter icon PZL P.11c

(1/3) > >>

Umlaufmotor:
Today a really nice book reached me.

About 200 pages are devoted to the Polish fighter icon PZL P.11c.
The book is bilingual, Polish and English.
One can find scale drawings (1/72, :48, :32 and (!) 1/24), the story behind the aircraft, color profiles, five build reports in 1/72, 1/48 and 1/32 scales.
But, the real gold treasure is on pages 34 - 81, wonderful detail shots of a PZL P.11c restoration.
Extremely helpful for my IGB kit which is still waiting to be assembled. (my 1/32 IBG kit is jumping for joy on the shelf as I wrote this).

I got the book through Amazon, but I'm sure there are plenty of other sellers.
Price at Amazon (Germany) about 34.-Euro
Here is the ISBN:

Kagero ISBN 978-83-66673-64-9

I have now leafed through the book several times and I can already say with certainty that it is worth every penny.

James:
Bertl, that looks very similar to the one I got last year, MMP Yellow Series on the PZL P.11c and I highly recommend that book. It's around 152 pages. I'll look for this one as well.

That looks like excellent coverage of an iconic aircraft!!

@James

Very interesting hint James.
In the Youtube video, the book is browsed - it seems to show more factory drawings and cockpit details.
I think with both books on the shelf you are able to build the absolute top model based on the references.

Thanks again for the tip James.

Edit.
I have just ordered it.
