I am building the 1/35 Miniart Austin Armoured Car and I want to show the engine so does the side panel come right off or does it hinge from the top or bottom?

Digs out kit from stash. 
I think it works as follows.
There are two lugs rivetted to the top of the side panel, these are held by two clips, part 'pe24' on the kit, on each side of the top panel.
Pushing down on the inner side of the clips releases the side panel and allows it to be lifted clear.
