Fokker kits special in two volumes!
« on: November 24, 2020, 11:00:04 PM »
Hi Guys,

With several additional build features underway and the constant stream of new photos and material,I am now commited to TWO volumes on building 1:32 scale Dreidecker kits. This will allow more elbow room for larger photos and extra features , including revisionist colour data;special dioramas;extra colour plates from Ronny Bar and much else besides.Hopefully ready next Spring. More updates to follow...

Cheers,

Ray R.

An update from Ray Rimell on his Fokker Dr.1 two volume specials.

Ray advises that he's busy with the build log texts for Vol.1 currently underway. It is taking longer than anticipated due to constant updates, and extra care being taken to ensure this iconic fighter is covered as accurately as possible.Ray can't advise a specific publication date in 2021 when the first volume will appear, as his work will also involve the forthcoming Meng (developed by WNW) 1:24 scale Fokker Dr.I too and that kit is not set for wide release until mid year.

In the meantime here are some preview images for Forum members of Ray's ongoing dreidecker builds.
