The shading on the bottom of the top wing to begin with.
So much tape . . . . I build quite slowly lads, so bit by bit.

Slowly but surely wins every time. All that masking was well worth the effort, the structure is beautifully suggested. I have taken notes and will follow your example on my next project.

Low pressure air (10psi) and 50/50 acrylic to thinner. Plus a steady hand.
And . . . artistic license. But if you are happy with the result, then its right.
