Letov Š.328.v Floatplane, Czech around 1936
« on: June 21, 2021, 07:10:19 AM »
Completed today, 1/72 Special Hobby kit, mixed feelings; lovely crisp details, instructions lacking and location points for attaching floats pretty much "make it up yourself". The build thread, if interested can be found here; https://www.tapatalk.com/groups/72nd_aircraft/viewtopic.php?p=117370#p117370.

Excellent rigging for a 1/72 scale subject.
Nicely weathered.

Superb work. Looks more like 1/32 than 1/72nd the rigging is perfect and the laminated propeller is done great, too.

Lovely, lovely, lovely. Great model all around. And it brings back my early modeling memories, when back in early 1980. I attempted to build the Kovozavody kit of this plane... Many thanks for sharing!

Thanks for the comments. I'm glad I built this as it doesn't really fit my area of interest; I had bought it to steal the floats and struts for another aircraft, since this boxing has parts to make the land based version as well.

That is super. I had not heard of this aircraft - good to learn something new. I thought at first that this was 1/32 scale - even better that it is in the True Scale.
