MIA
« on: April 09, 2021, 10:57:43 AM »
Hello dear people,
Well over a year ago I was struck down by cluster headaches. This lasted for 4 months, recovery took me the rest of the year.
More or less fine again....I just feel like my age now.  :-\
Not sure I'll pick up building models again...probably, but not yet. I started painting Napoleonic wargaming figures. Fiddly, but fun and stress free.

For now...best wishes to all.
With love,

Robin  :)

Found my mojo and clipped it's wings, so it won't fly away.

Hi Robin

Good to see you back here again. Take your time and get well. Modelling will always be there waiting for you when you are ready. Figure modelling is quite a challenge in itself and its always fun to learn new skills.

There are some great WW1 figure models on the market now, this is a golden age for all types of figure modelling.

With models when facing life issues I find it relaxing to retreat to some of the earliest kits I ever made, old Hawk and Inpact/ Pyro models. Its like recapturing the fun times from your youth. No pressure, just hobby fun.

Best wishes for your ongoing recovery.

cheers
