Beautiful Masking there!

Who did you say cut those for you?

I'm having hells own time trying to get a precision circle cutter that will cut a small enough circle for RFC roundels in 1/32 let alone 1/48.

Cheers,

Hugh

Hi Hugh!
I am Guy's mask maker. I'll send you a PM later today if you're interested.

Guy: Great job with everything, but especially the serial and the red stripe!

Cheers Fredrik

Those marking really do look super Guy. Let's hope that you do not have problems fixing the wings on this one as this has the potential to be a winner.

Stephen.

Thanks chaps,

Just a quick non-update update. I ordered the turnbuckles from Gaspatch, they duly arrived, but I got the wrong ones! Anchor points  - I guess the clue was in the name! But they’re depicted as double ended.. anyway, I’ve now ordered the type C ones which I hope are right!

I will get back to this when I get them.

...or the wrong size....

A while back I bought 4 sheets 0.5 x 140 x 100 mm styrene sheet. Or so I thought.

I was delivered in a big tube. Turned out to be 0.5 x 1400 x 1000 mm sheets. Paid only € 32.00 for it though.

If i live long enough I can build my hp v/1500 from it and 3 Zeppelin Staakens.....
