Well, the Peddinghaus decals performed just as expected, not opaque white and out-of-register, pink crosses,..... whatever.....

The "152" I pieced together from different sheets as the Peddinghaus sheet was totally the wrong font.



Life is getting in the way of model building for the next week or so, have fun all.

Tim, the stencil was a little of both. I think my test mule looks better because I did have it not tight down on the parts.

Weathering and grunge. Kit just falls together.

This is where we are tonight, with any luck can finish up tomorrow.









I think this side of the fuselage came out best, kinda choked on the wings.

I can't imagine why you don't like the wings Allan. I really think they look fantastic. I'm guessing they didn't quite match what you were after but they look great to me as does the whole model. I reckon that's a big win for your new technique.

Your MvR bird looks great to Me! Yes even the wings you don't like  8) The grunge is very well done. I tend to get caried away, yours is perfect!
